Executive chef Tim Griffin along with Rachel successfully
collaborate to produce the culinary direction and menus for
Behind the Bash. Tim’s culinary creations lend a
note of originality to receptions, cocktail parties and dinners. Inventive,
full of unexpected flavors, his menus are designed uniquely
